You will find only the best shoe craftmanship in the world here on this site. As for myself, I ordered a custom-made pair of shoes, and the Robert August site did not disappoint. The actual crafting of these shoes is non pareil – without equal. I wanted a pair of saddle shoes, as you see for No. 8171, and I wanted an off-white front and side with navy (not black) saddle with brick outsoles and brown painted leather soles with Goodyear welting to complete the look. The look that I sought was reproduced in ravishing detail. This could only have occurred at a shoe company that is properly functioning, both top-down as well as bottom-up. You only get what you pay for, and Robert August caters to a shoe connoisseur that appreciates excellent footwear. I highly encourage you to give Robert August a try, if you haven’t already.
