We are proud to announce our new Express Lane Collection! The Express Lane Collection is part of our Chicago Collection of Premium Made to Order Footwear, but with a faster delivery window.
The Express Lane Collection components (uppers and soles) are partially pre-produced and kept in stock in our warehouse. These uppers are made of unfinished raw crust leather (no color) in order to be hand-painted during the finishing process. While there are fewer customization options, this allows us to deliver them to you in as little as two weeks!
When an Express Lane order is placed, the production begins from one of those pre-manufactured uppers. From there, it follows the same manufacturing process as any other MTO order: the upper is molded over the last, attached to the sole, and then finished on the patina workshop.
